Cancellation Policy
Effective date: April 14, 2026
1. Order requests
Submitting an order request is not the same as completing Shopify Checkout. If you no longer want to proceed with a request, contact Pulsamall as soon as possible.
2. Before finalization
A request that has not yet been finalized may generally be easier to stop or change. Pulsamall may ask for identifying details so the correct request can be located.
3. After processing begins
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment or shipment, cancellation may no longer be practical. In that situation, available options may be handled under the Return & Refund Policy or other applicable rights.
4. Product or quantity changes
If you need to change an item or quantity, contact Pulsamall before finalization. Changes are subject to product availability and any updated order details.
5. Merchant cancellation
Pulsamall may be unable to proceed with an order request because of product availability, incorrect information, suspected misuse, fulfillment limitations or other legitimate operational reasons. When appropriate, the customer is informed of the issue.
6. Payments already made
If a payment has already been made and a cancellation is accepted, any resulting refund is handled in accordance with the applicable order arrangement, the Return & Refund Policy and non-excludable legal rights.
7. Contact
Use the Contact page for cancellation or order-change requests.
