1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Pulsamall website and the order-request process. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms and any applicable policies displayed on the site.

2. Store model

Pulsamall is a retail ecommerce business offering practical consumer products. The website uses a cart and order-request process rather than Shopify Checkout.

3. Product information

Pulsamall aims to present product titles, images, prices and descriptions clearly. Images may illustrate a product and its use. Customers should review the product page and ask questions before ordering when compatibility, dimensions, materials or intended use are important.

4. Availability

Product display on the website does not guarantee continuing availability. An item may become unavailable before an order request is finalized. Pulsamall may decline or revise a request when a product is unavailable or when information in the request needs clarification.

5. Prices and additional amounts

Product prices displayed on the website are the listed prices for the products. Any shipping, taxes or other amounts not already stated are communicated before an order is finalized when applicable. Pulsamall does not represent uncalculated amounts as final charges.

6. Order requests

Adding products to the cart and submitting an order request does not by itself complete a purchase. The request records the customer's requested products and quantities. Any remaining order, delivery or payment steps are communicated before finalization.

7. Payment

The storefront does not collect payment-card details through theme code and does not use Shopify Checkout. Customers must follow only the payment instructions provided for an accepted order and should not transmit card credentials through website forms.

8. Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and order-request information. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay or prevent follow-up.

9. Acceptable website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, automate abusive requests or use forms for spam or unlawful activity.

10. Intellectual property

Website design, original text, branding and other protected materials may not be copied or exploited except as permitted by law or with appropriate authorization. Product and third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided for normal retail use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Additional limitations and product-use information are described in the Disclaimer.

12. Changes

Pulsamall may update the website, product range and these terms. The version posted on the website is the current version for website use.
