Payment Policy

Effective date: April 14, 2026

1. No Shopify Checkout

Pulsamall does not route customers through Shopify Checkout on this storefront. The cart is used to prepare an order request.

2. No card collection in theme code

The website theme does not collect card numbers, card security codes or similar sensitive payment credentials. Do not enter that information into the Contact form or Order Request form.

3. Listed prices

The product page displays the listed price of the selected product or variant. A listed product price is not a representation that uncalculated taxes, shipping or other applicable amounts are included unless the website expressly says so.

4. Final order information

If an order request is accepted, any payment method, due amount, shipping amount, tax amount or other final payment detail not already stated on the website is communicated before payment is requested.

5. Authorized instructions only

Customers should rely only on payment instructions that are clearly connected to their Pulsamall order communication and should contact Pulsamall if an instruction appears suspicious or inconsistent.

6. Payment errors

If a customer believes a payment amount or instruction is incorrect, the customer should stop and contact Pulsamall before proceeding so the issue can be reviewed.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are handled under the Return & Refund Policy and the applicable order arrangement.

8. Security

Customers should protect their payment credentials and avoid sending sensitive financial information through ordinary email or website forms unless a secure method specifically designed for that purpose is provided.
